If you then select 'View Complete Tracking History', this will show the complete tracking of your parcel.

Above the tracking information, you can see a link 'Track with Postal Carrier'.

This will take you to a new page that will show the Parcel Barcode and Local Barcode.

Your Local Barcode will look either like this EA123456789BE

If your parcel has not been delivered within 28 days, please contact us immediately.

Please note, we are unable to investigate any tracking or delivery issues 60 days after the parcel has been shipped. Any issues that are not raised within 60 days of the parcel being shipped, will not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
